Refunds and Returns Policy

At Farlays Healthcare Supplies, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that all products are delivered in excellent condition and meet the needs of our clients. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns You may return an item within 7 days of purchase if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete at the time of delivery. You received the wrong item The product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase. To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused and in its original packaging You must present the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items such as opened sterile medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or custom-ordered equipment are not returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, such as M-Pesa or bank transfer.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Exceptions
